They provided us with professional care for our roof & home. They were attentive to our needs and explained any question that was asked of them. They worked in a timely manner also making sure all debris was cleaned up. No trash was left behind. Communication is the key to making sure all of the customers needs are met and TLA is on their jobs as far as keeping in contact and letting you know what their plans are and if there will be any delays. They are at your home from start to finish. The attitude & professionalism of Paul Dean and his team was remarkable everyone worked together and gave us the roof that was needed. TLA takes care of their customers keeping in mind that if the customer is working through an insurance company or just individually they will reach out to assist if & however needed. The roof has been completely replaced & Paul Dean & his worker finished the ceilings in three rooms. The quote & estimate was very reasonable & affordable. I would tell anyone call TLA they will take care of your roof/home with a smile.
